A Navy Nuclear trained Second Class Petty Officer (E-5) with over 4 years of experience in the areas of aircraft carrier electrical distribution and casualty control operations. He is a qualified Switchgear Operator, qualified Load Dispatcher, Leading Petty Officer, Work Center Supervisor, and Assistant Work Center Supervisor. He was stationed aboard the USS Nimitz (CVN-68), home ported out of San Diego, CA. After he transitioned from the military service he was a part owner and manager at “Play it Again Sports” store located in the College Station in Texas. He enrolled into the Power4Vets program as a referral candidate on May 10th, 2012 and he successfully completed the training and obtained his NERC Reliability Coordinator Certification in record time, 26 June 2012 (54 days from start to certification), which is IMPRESSIVE!!
He currently works for Bryan Utility in Texas as a System Operator.
